James Bowsher is associate professor and director of graduate studies in the medical physics graduate program at Duke Kunshan University. He is also faculty in the graduate school and medical physics graduate program at Duke University, and he is adjunct associate professor of radiation oncology at Duke University Medical Center. Prof. Bowsher's research interests include functional and molecular imaging, particularly positron emission tomography and single-photon emission computed tomography; imaging onboard radiation therapy machines; robotics and imaging; region-of-interest methods for high-resolution, high-sensitivity imaging; methods for integrating multiple imaging modalities into the generation of medical images; and quality assurance methods for imaging and radiation therapy systems.

David Huang finished his BS in physics in National Taiwan Normal University and gained PhD in high energy physics in Temple University, Philadelphia. Before Joining in Duke Kunshan University, Prof. Huang was the chief physicist and RSO, faculty of Memorial Sloan Kettering at Rockville Centre and he was an associate attending physicist in the department of medical physics at MSKCC. Prof. Huang is an adjunct professor at University of Missouri and a visiting professor at MP Program at Tsing-Hwa University, Beijing. He was a visiting professor at Beijing University and an associate professor at Chang-Gung University, Taiwan. Prof. Huang’s research interests include dosimetry and QA in radiotherapy; particularly in in-vivo dosimetry (glass dosimeter), modern radiotherapy techniques (Image-guided intensity-modulated radiotherapy, stereotactic body radiotherapy) and modern radiotherapy modalities (TrueBeam, Gamma Knife, CyberKnife, and Tomotherapy).

Fang-Fang YIN is a professor and director of radiation physics in radiation oncology department at Duke University. He obtained BS in physics from Zhejiang University and MS in physics from Bowling Green State University, and PhD in medical physics from the University of Chicago. Prof. Yin’s research focuses on stereotactic radiosurgery, stereotactic body radiation therapy, treatment planning optimization, knowledge guided radiation therapy, intensity-modulated radiation therapy, image-guided radiation therapy, oncological imaging and informatics, and quality improvement and assurance.
