Office of Case Management

Welcome

Office of Case Management aims to identify and connect with students experiencing obstacles to success and enhances holistic student wellness through assessment, support, and connections to various formal and informal resources. The Office of Case Management prioritizes safety, risk mitigation, health and wellness, and responds to the needs of our DKU community with these priorities in mind.

Office of Case Management is located in the Office of Student Affairs and works with departments and groups across campus and in the community, including CAPS, Residence Life, Campus Clinic, and more.

CARE Team

CARE Team exists to help provide support and resources to students that are overwhelmed, experiencing significant distress, or possibly present some risk to themselves or others. When parents, faculty, or staff members are concerned about the physical, emotional, academic, or personal health of a student, the Care Team Program can assess the situation, offer support, and provide referrals to the breadth of resources on-campus

Are you concerned about your physical or mental health? Has a student’s behavior caused you to worry about his or her potential future actions?  Through this website we hope to provide you with the resources you need to assist a student or get the appropriate help so that someone else may do so. All of us at DKU care deeply about the success and well-being of our students. See below for ways to request support from Office of Case Management.
